Hello! We are Thousand Hills Creations, a Christian-based wedding videography company specializing in telling the story of your special day. Our name comes from Psalm 50:10, where the Bible states that God is the Creator of all and thus owns everything, even the cattle on a thousand hills. Our name reflects that this business is likewise His, not ours. (It also worked out nicely that half of our team’s last name is Hill!) As such, everything we do for our clients we do as though working for the Lord (Colossians 3:23.) We have a passion for and dedication to the utmost quality in our filming and editing to give you and your spouse a unique, special memory of your big day. Visit our Creations page for examples.

About Us
Jody and Kirsten Hill, a husband-and-wife videography team, have many years’ experience creating videos of many types, but have always enjoyed weddings above all. They founded a video production company in North Carolina and then in 2017 moved to Florida. Now, Jody is an FAA-certified drone pilot. His expertise adds a unique angle to your wedding day utilizing several different motions and aerial filming techniques. Kirsten has over sixteen years of experience in film editing. Her talent in this area is truly stellar. Her ability to arrange and edit various scenes of your special day, while adding a beautiful, romantic musical backdrop, will be cherished for years to come.
Our expertise is not limited to just the two of them. We are blessed to have Kirsten’s mom and dad on our team as well. Mark is a seasoned art director with a keen eye for design and has videography experience as well. He has worked in the field since 1983. Cathy has worked as a professional photographer and wedding calligrapher.
Mark brings many years of design experience to the creative team of Thousand Hills Creations. His main focus is to work behind the scenes by using his forty-plus years experience as a graphic designer and creative director to ensure that your wedding-day video is top-notch. On your special day, Mark will oversee the entire operation to ensure high quality results that you will cherish for many years to come. His experience of leading a creative team makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

As project and marketing manager for Thousand Hills Creations, Cathy is likely the first person you will come in contact with to begin your wedding videography planning journey. Thousand Hills Creations strives to capture every detail of your wedding, and Cathy will help you begin that journey by answering your initial questions about the videography process. She can also help you decide which wedding videography package is best for you. Cathy has worked as a professional photographer shooting engagement portraits and as a wedding calligrapher.

Jody wears several hats at Thousand Hills Creations. On your wedding day, his primary roles will be acting as a director, videographer, and drone pilot, ensuring each moment of your special day gets captured. He will also be working with Kirsten during the video editing process as a support editor. He has been involved in videography since 2004, and is both certified in digital film and FAA-licensed for drone operations.
And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

Kirsten plays a vital role at Thousand Hills Creations as she is our head film editor. In addition to working very closely with Jody filming your special day, she will put it all together by bringing all of your wedding day highlights alive, set to music. Her love for videography and film editing goes back to her pre-teen years and has been a passion that truly shows in all of her film editing endeavors.
